We are looking for an Early Years Assistant to join our established staff team at Shalford Infant School, Guildford, Surrey

Personal Qualities :

A passion and enthusiasm for working with children and a desire for career progression, ability to work calmly, patiently and communicate effectively as a member of a professional staff team with children, parents and staff alike. To be able to work effectively with a diverse range of children with different individual needs, requiring good organisational skills and timekeeping. 

 The Role:

The newly employed member of staff will support and assist in all aspects of education and care. Initial training and induction will be provided from management and senior staff.
