Hi

When we've completed an accident form and it's been signed by the parents we then can't find these on the children s account. Can someone tell me where these are saved to on tapestry?

Thank you

Hi Alice,

There are two ways you can print a signed accident form. Which one you choose depends on whether you need an specific accident form or you want to print them all in bulk.

For individual accident forms you will have to navigate to the day the accident form was added for the particular child. So, if the accident form was generated the 12th of April, for example, I will go to the care diary section and change the date in the calendar to the 12th of April. Once on the correct day, click on the comments section (the speech bubble) on the corresponding child's care diary panel. Here you will see all the entries for the last seven days, including the accident form. If you click on it, you will be able to then download a PDF copy.

To export all accident forms in bulk, you will have to go to your control panel > manage children > and then click on the cog by the child whose accident forms you'd like to export. Here you will find the bulk export option:

I hope this was helpful!

Hi Alice,

In that case, would you remember roughly the week they were made on? The comments section I mentioned will show you all the entries made for the last seven days, so if you know an accident form was made at some point last week, you can navigate to the Friday, click on the comments tool and view the entries for the seven days prior the day you are looking the information for.

Best wishes,

Olaya
