Crazy as it may sound, I heard a doctor on the radio yesterday saying we should be applying suncream in this unseasonable warm weather.  He said the amount of UVB light was strong enough to burn and that everyone should be taking the necessary precautions.

Is anyone out there using suncream on the children?:o

Oh gosh I hadn't even thought about it! was thinking everyone needed a top up of vitamin D actually:D Supposed to be cold again by tomorrow ...usually takes me about 3 weeks for the parents to bring it in:ph34r:

We didn't either :o.   To be fair we haven't got a designated outside, but we've been out in the park in short bursts today. We even had a picnic snack this morning it was so weird really- we were all sitting in the warm sun remembering this time last year (adults that is!xD)

Our forecast in Suffolk is warm again tomorrow then dropping after that.  I thought what a lovely dose of vitamin D everyone was getting too!  We haven't done suncream but did put on hats this afternoon.  Crazy weather!  I've been walking the dog in frost early in the  morning then basking in warm sunshine by mid morning (well in truth, sitting in the office number crunching our budget while the children are basking in sunshine! 9_9)
