Play B C Preschool is a teacher-led provider in Wallington looking for a full time preschool assistant. The preschool can accommodate up to 40 children between the ages of two and five. You will: • Provide the children with a safe, secure and family like environment • Have a working knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage • Develop close relationships with the children and interact sensitively with them • Liaise effectively with parents, carers, and other team members • Use your close observations of children to plan, organise and implement activities to meet their individual needs and interests and extend learning • Work as part of a highly motivated and professional team. You should: • Hold a Level 2 or 3 qualification • Be flexible and creative and have the commitment to provide first class childcare • Have the ability to promote good practice in a professional manner • Have good organisational skills.
