Full history to see ongoing summative assessments

Recommended Posts

Hello,

Can anyone help us? Is there a way to see a full history of a child's attainment and not just term by term? We would find it useful to see an ongoing summative assessment, not just one based on only the observations we have inputted in any given term/period. Hope this makes sense?

Thank you for any help.

Hi CawthorneCHildrensCentre,

Thank you for getting in touch with us!

If you'd like to see your children's attainment in terms of age bands and refinements throughout various assessment periods, the best screen to go to is the age band tracker screen. This screen will allow you to view the scored summative assessments for all assessed aspects on every single assessment period within the period range you have set up. If needed, you can also include the baseline! By hovering your mouse over a name, you will isolate the data for that child, so you can clearly see their attainment on each period, as well as progress throughout.

I hope this is what you are looking for, but please do let us know if we haven't understood your query entirely :)

Best wishes,

Olaya
