Mobile Cookery Centre

Hello there. We use a mobile cookery unit within our early years setting, which allows the children to bake in their rooms. Whilst we have risk assessed the use of this etc, we now need to put a policy in place around its use and I just wondered whether anyone has written or come across such a thing before?
