Number of observations -staff

Is there an easy way to see how many observations each member of staff has added?

Good morning!

There isn't analysis for number of observations, only number of assessments - you can find these through the 'Thoroughness' section of analysis. We are planning to include the number of observations made but we haven't done so yet.

To see the observations made by particular staff members you can search for them and these will help you if you are monitoring staff activity on Tapestry.

To do this;

Go to the observation overview screen and set your filters to show you observations authored by 'Staff' and then filter again to select which staff member has made the observation. You can also then filter under 'Added' to let you see the different assessment periods so that you can narrow down the period when the observations were made. This will help you see staff productivity and will also allow you to look into individual observations to look at their quality.

Hi Rebecca, can you tell me where you 'filter again' to choose which member of staff, that's the bit I'm not seeing, couldn't the staff names be included under the author tab ? Thanks

The second filter to choose the staff member appears next to Author box (see the screenshot below).

Thank you, that helps with counting them, could you somehow put it in a table please :-D
