Vicki_Hyland Posted August 30, 2017 Share Posted August 30, 2017 When I go onto the home page or observations on the computer as the admin, there are now 9 pages of observations. Without scrolling through them all to see if they are in journals or not I cannot see easily. Is there a way that only the obs that have not been put in journals show up? Sneha Posted August 30, 2017 Share Posted August 30, 2017 Hello Vicki, Certainly! After clicking on the 'Observations' tab at the top of your Tapestry page, click on 'filter and sort observations'. In the 'Observation Status' drop down menu at the top of the pop up box, select 'Not in journal' and then click 'Submit'. All observations that are not in journals will then show up in a list!
