adminoffice
I would be a great help if when transferring Tapestry accounts to other settings the reports could go too. I am often printing off reports and sending them manually. Is it in the pipeline? Many thanks

wiggleupton
Hi, This is something that I have been looking. Related to this, if you export a journal to a parent, does the report appear in the journal? As this would also be beneficial. If so, is there something that I need to do to make this happen? Thanks
Sneha
Hello! At the moment, the option to include reports in a Learning Journal export is not available I'm afraid. We are however looking into adding this as a feature in the near future so keep an eye on your Tapestry newsletters for more information about new features! You can export reports individually if required by following the tutorial at this link.
OlayaTapestrySupport
Hi wiggleupton! We just wanted to let you know that we have just added the option to include reports in PDF journal exports! These will be included after the observations, and will be categorised as 'Reports' in the contents list. Please note that only those reports created within the PDF's date range set up within the export form will be exported alongside the journal. Also, if the PDF is exported for relatives, only the reports that have been granted relative access will be included. You will also be able to export reports in bulk by unselecting all the options for observations within the original export form, accessible from the 'manage children' section as per usual. This allows for bulk export of reports into a PDF in case it is required for moderating purposes. I hope this is good news! If you have any doubts or queries about this please do let us know. Best wishes, Olaya
