GFCCCC Posted February 17, 2017 Posted February 17, 2017 I have been talking to an agency called AC Recruitment that charges 990.00 to fill up to five posts in childcare within 120 days by advertising widely and passing all suitable applicants on for us to contact directly. They say if they haven't filled them in 120 days, they will run the campaign again free. Is this a good deal? Has anyone got any experience of them? Has anyone got any experience of recruitment advertisers/agencies in general? Thanks Quote
Stargrower Posted February 17, 2017 Posted February 17, 2017 I don't have experience of recruitment agencies simply because of the price. I guess you would need to work out how much it would cost you to advertise five positions and whether you would usually need to fill that many vacancies within 120 days. My LA used to run free online recruitment advertising which was really helpful but it has gone along with so many other services. Don't forget to check that the price includes VAT as well as that would add another £200. Quote
LKeyteach Posted February 20, 2017 Posted February 20, 2017 I would also check what they mean by "widely". where exactly do they advertise and I would check that out too. It is so difficult when you are trying to recruit knowing where you can advertise to get the people you want. I recently used indeed.com and they are free. think there is a maximum number you can advertise but I can say that I got a reasonable response. 1 Quote
