I am the assessment lead at a 1 form entry primary school and we have started using tapestry this year, which the teachers and TAs love. However, my role requires me to access the data in a different way. can anyone point me in the right directions to be able to filter the areas so I can collate the % of children at exceeding or expected for each term. In the not too distant future we will be working on a new screen for reception class teachers which I think will help you with your data (take a look at this forum post). In the meantime though, you might want to take a look at the 'Age Band Tracker' which you can access from the Snapshots section of Tapestry. That will tell you the percentage of assessed children in each age band and refinement per aspect per term. You would need to know which age band and refinement is equivalent to exceeding/expected, but you should then be able to see the percentages you need from there. I hope that helps!
