Tapestry is tagging more than one child

On a few occasions, Tapestry has added more children in to the observation than we intended. We know it's not the staff member doing this as we all triple check as the first few times we assumed it was us doing it by accident. This is a serious breach of confidentiality and a number of parents have complained. Please help.
