Can anybody please tell me does the data from the previous year's cohort (Reception now going into Y1) delete automatically when the new cohort's data is put in? We have had a swap round of teacher's (I'm the new YR teacher) and last year's profiles no longer appear on Tapestry. If anyone could help please that would be great. Mouseketeer Posted September 4, 2016 Share Posted September 4, 2016 Hi, I don't think so, check your search filter, they may just have been made 'inactive' to make space to add new children, go to control panel, manage children, if you only have enough space for 30 children you might need to make the new ones inactive to then be able to make the old ones active again (your news ones go anywhere, they will just be inactive until you want them active again - hope that makes sense) 1 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
