Hi I am looking at what we ask new parents to fill out at home about their child coming to school. We read these before September and discuss them on the home visit. Our form looks tired so I'm looking to revamp it and wondered if people would mind sharing what they use.

I suppose it depends on what questions you generally ask parents. What type of things do you want to know? Academic or is it more PSE?

Hi Helgar and welcome.....i'm afraid transfer documents are not universal so if you ask in your local area forum or give us your area you might get a more helpful answer......my area doesn't do any transfer info!
