Please take a moment to think of Ayeeshia Smith, aged just 2 years old. Killed by her parents and let down by society, doctors and social services. I promise to do my best to be alert to warning signs and to be brave enough to stand beside all children and to speak up if and when I have concerns. And not to take 'no concerns'for an answer if i report those concerns. RIP little one x

UPDATE** court has handed down a senntence of a minimum 24 years for her mother and just THREE for her stepfather. Not justice. RIP

Mother will only be in her forties when she gets out - lot of life left for her! Just hope she is too old to have any more children when she does get out. Such a sad little life - RIP little one.
