We had thought of gaining parents input by using the what to expect when and go through the age band with parents? I just wondered how you induct new families? Panders Posted January 21, 2016 Share Posted January 21, 2016 Yes more or less that is what I do when doing the induction visit, trickier in the summer though, because of the holidays before they start, but parents are always happy to talk about their children, we do a sort of traffic light system of not doing it at all, doing it some of the time or with some help and fully independent in doing it!
