Guest Posted January 14, 2016 Posted January 14, 2016 I am teaching one more and basic addition and am struggling with inspiration. Oyr topic is dinosaurs and I'm hoping for some suggestions for activites children can do independently anf adult led.
Guest Posted January 14, 2016 Posted January 14, 2016 dino prints (potato print possibly?) in two different colours - how many altogether? different models of dinosaurs - how many legs do they have altogether? papier mache dino eggs in nests? spots on said eggs to count and add? sorry - a tricky one and not particularly inspired but didn't want to read and run! Welcome to the forum too!
finleysmaid Posted January 16, 2016 Posted January 16, 2016 when you get to one less you need to do the pterosaur song! (five hungry pterosaurs) one of our favourites!
Cait Posted January 16, 2016 Posted January 16, 2016 Five big dinosaurs stomping in the breeze (stomp fists on legs) repeat And if one big dinosaurs hid between the trees ( cover eyes) There'd be four big dinosaurs stomping in the breeze. Etc (Songtime obviously) How about size cards for sequencing Spot the difference 1
