skippy Posted August 29, 2015 Posted August 29, 2015 Hi is anyone organised enough to have a yearly calendar of events, festivals etc.? Such as harvest, bonfire, world book day, sports relief etc.? Or could suggest a site Thanks Quote
Guest Posted August 30, 2015 Posted August 30, 2015 I have a few dates: Eid-al-Adha - Sept 23rd MacMillan coffee morning - Sept 25th harvest we usually do mid-October 14th October World Maths Day?? Remembrance Day and Diwali - 11th Nov Christmas as usual! 5th February NCPCC Number Day Then everything bunched together in March March 2nd World Maths Day March 3rd World Book Day March 11th British Science Week begins March 13th Red Nose day March 18th - 20th Sports Relief Easter 27th March Didn't get any further than that - exhausted at the thought of March. But if you really want something for every day then this https://www.daysoftheyear.com/days/2015/09/has lots of suggestions! Quote
louby loo Posted August 30, 2015 Posted August 30, 2015 I think it is 'woodlands primary school' (Kent?) that used to do a really good calendar of events. then one year it seem to do loads - it went very diverse and a bit confusing so I stopped using it. Quote
Panders Posted August 31, 2015 Posted August 31, 2015 http://projectbritain.com/calendars/ Yes that's exactly how I felt Louby Loo, but here is a link to their current information Quote
