Hi, I hoping for some advice and/or example if anybody can help. When the staff attend courses they bring back the learning material and gives us a bit of feedback, all courses attended are recorded in the staffs PDP.

I was looking for something a bit more, where staff can write a few lines on points they have learnt, if they will be doing anything different, what they want to learn next, recommendations for other staff.

How do you record staff growth and feedback.

Any ideas would be great.
