blondie Posted June 27, 2015 Share Posted June 27, 2015 (edited) we try to have a chat with parents each half term but as the learning stories are finished each term the parents come in and chat with the key person - the next steps are also discussed with the parent and a copy of these are given to them at this time. we would also chat to parents if they asked for a meeting at any time during the year and we would also ask for a meeting with a parent if we had concerns with their childs development and how we and the parents could support the child in this area as well as discuss the possibility of bringing in other agencies .
