I can't find where to add a child in my control panel

Hello,

 

Please can someone help me? I know this sounds ridiculous but I have spend hours and hours sat at my computer trying to add my children so I can start to use the on line journal facility. I am nearly in tears now. I have asked for help but the person that replied thinks I am accessing Tapestry from my app, I'm not, I signed in from the web site. All the screen shots look different to what I'm looking at, they all have butterflies on the top of the pages non of my pages have butterflies.

 

I am using a trial for a couple of weeks but have not been able to do any learning journals.

Top right hand corner should be you name:

>manage setting

>children

> add child

 

If manage setting doesn't come up on list in top right then your not set up as a manager of the account x

If the trial version is the same: when you log in via browser go to the tab at the top with you on it, then manage your setting name, at the top of control panel is manage children, from there 'add child' .....hope that helps

Thanks both - I'm closing this topic as Helen has repeated her question a couple of times elsewhere, and it's becoming quite confusing to answer her in different threads and support tickets.
