Inge Posted May 6, 2015 Share Posted May 6, 2015 (edited) Yes they can be counted in ratio providing 50% of the staff are qualified.. this includes level 2 being counted as qualified.. taken from Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage 3.23. In group settings, the manager must hold at least a full and relevant level 3 qualification and at least half of all other staff must hold at least a full and relevant level 2 qualification.
