Guest Posted January 12, 2015 Share Posted January 12, 2015 Hi there I work in a CC and we are looking regularly as managers at observing the 'Stay and Play' groups. But just thinking ahead of how we can ensure consistency and introducing a piece of paperwork that is filled in by management. Anyone got anything similar?
