Guest
Hi A few parents have asked me to average their fees as they are term time only. How does this work when they have a birthday mid year which triggers a cheaper hourly rate? Do you just recalculate at the time? Also this children I have in mind is 2 now so will be cheaper in Feb and then the bill will be further reduced when they receive their 15 hours after Easter. Any one got a simple way to do it/ thanks Mhairi
Stargrower
I would just work out their total fee for the year, then divide it by the number of weeks/months they attend. If the fee changes, you would have to do it in stages, e.g. until their birthday, until they were funded etc, then add them together and divide. Hope that helps. diesel10
I am not sure that I would do it. If they leave mid year they might end up owing you. I would just work it out for the term and divide that over the 4 months.
woodlands1997
I do as diesel10 says, do it for the term and divide by 4 so they have 4 equal payments!
