Guest Nuby
Do you have to go through the whole registration process or will an EY3 form suffice?
Guest sn0wdr0p
I didn't think you had to do anything now as it is down to you to judge capacity based on the statutory requirements.
Wildflowers
Your registration no longer states how many children you can take. Ofsted sent out new registration certificates for that reason.
Melba
I do think you have to inform Ofsted though
Fredbear
My understanding is that although there are no longer restrictions on your certificate that stipulate how many children. If the building structure has changed Ofsted should be informed to ensure it is fit for purpose. But I might have got that completely wrong.
