What are you buying your leavers this year?

and

Do you differentiate between those that are leaving for Reception class and those who are leaving early to go to maintained Nursery class?

We usually look around for something simple. this year we are looking at colouring books and a set of pencils as we have 24 leaving us. It can get expensive other years we have given a book and a game set such as happy families card sets. We have a brilliant local toy shop which gives us discount so are fortunate that we can buy from them.

We started out T-shirts today. All the leavers get to draw a picture on a t-shirt as their end of year present. They sell plain t-shirts in most of the catalogues now in packs of 10.

We buy our children a book, generally from the book people. Parents receive a graduation photo of their child to keep.

yes we usually get our older children a book

Last year we did a lovely verse on bookmark (pink or blue) personalised,then laminated....not sure about this year yet too busy getting learning journies ready to go to school this week....
