What types of facts or figures do Managers report to their head office/owners Does anyone have a spreadsheet /forms template or anything that would help me. I have been asked as part of an interview for a Managers position to come up with a documents of what I feel should be reported on a monthly basis (or over a specific period of time) I haven't had to anything like this before- Im getting into a panic please help Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Stargrower Posted November 19, 2013 Share Posted November 19, 2013 I don't work this way, but what springs to mind is attendance, occupancy, fees in, expenditure out. I guess it would depend what sort of thing they wanted - you could add children's progress (but maybe not on a monthly basis) report back on staff development, training, targets met etc. Any safeguarding issues that have arisen?
