Guest Posted November 14, 2013 Posted November 14, 2013 Hi just wondering if anyone can help me , I have just received an email from Ofsted satisfaction survey but am confused as I have not rang them or emailed them. Does this mean they are planning to visit us some time soon !!!!

Guest Posted November 14, 2013 Posted November 14, 2013 Hi the email said that we had telephoned or emailed them but I have do neither?? Our inspection was in June so would be a bit late if it was from our inspection, just a bit stressed now that they are going to be dropping in!!!!
Fredbear Posted November 15, 2013 Posted November 15, 2013 Hi we had one to fill in shortly after our inspection, well actually it was a while after as our report went for moderation. Telephoned or emailed them for what? I would just give them a call, then you can put your mind to rest.
Cait Posted November 15, 2013 Posted November 15, 2013 No, I had one out of the blue too. In the summer I think it was. I hadn't contacted them or anything so I just filled it in as a general satisfaction thing.
