help has any one heard of the behaviour framework ?

hi i am new to this site please can anyone help.

I have a job interview on friday Agh and they have asked me to do an activity to support children. this activity must relate to the behaviour framework under 'innovation and flexibility' !

I have worked in childcare for ten years and have no idea, so any help would be very much appriciated.

I just googled Behaviour Framework. Everything I found was aimed at management of adults! Maybe its an LA thing? Where are you, maybe someone in your area will have more of an idea :1b

Could it be linked to the Social and Emotional Aspects of Development/Learning (SEAD / SEAL). ? There are some fantastic activities within this framework that support positive behaviour.
