Guest Posted June 30, 2013 Posted June 30, 2013 Has anyone attained, or attempted to attain, agreement from Ofsted for keeping children's records (i.e. Learning Journeys) at home to enable them to be updated? I don't mean that they would be kept off the premises for any length of time, just occasionally as the need arises. x Quote

Guest Posted June 30, 2013 Posted June 30, 2013 We have that agreement with Ofsted. Did they just agree to it or did you have to 'prove' in any way that there would be a way to ensure confidentiality? Was there any paperwork or such that had to be completed? Sorry for all the questions! Quote
Wildflowers Posted June 30, 2013 Posted June 30, 2013 I explained to them how we would ensure confidentiality. You need to put it in your risk assessment - storage at home and transportation to and from the setting. Quote
