Community Interest Companies

Hi I just wondered if anyone had had any experience setting up a Community Interest company when starting a new nursery. The pre-school will be on a school site but registered for 2-3 year olds. would like to know how easy it was to apply and how long it takes etc. Any help will be gratefully received.
