Think it was just on one sheet of A4, and asked about child's current interests etc. Anyone know where I can find it? Think it may have been Cait's Thanks Green Hippo x

apple Posted January 8, 2013 Posted January 8, 2013 hi sunny day... I was wondering what font you used in your boxes as I don't seem to be able to read it... it's all in musical note form! Could you try posting again please and maybe using a common font such as ariel or times roman?
