garrison
I have just re-done my sef. I have condensed what was 15 pages into 13 pages (thought it was meant to be a lot shorter!!) Have I gone into too much detail? What length are yours?

eyfs1966
funnily enough i just posted today about this on another thread...again bemoaning the fact that mine is still 13 pages long!! On the other thread I was advised that 1 page per section is the recommendation, so I will be getting out my "red pen" and ruthlessly reducing mine when I next get a chance. zigzag
At a training last week I was told that Ofsted only want 1 A4 page for each section!!! When I think of the hours and hours that went into the old SEF and what we now are expected to reduce it down to. I checked this out with my early years support assistant today and she said that is certainly what Ofsted want. She agrees with me however that how can you reduce it to that small amount if you really want to sell yourself and put over everything!!
