Hi does anyone officially plan what they are putting out on their tables each day? If so how do you record it?

I like to see it as additional provision on plans linked to the planned LOs. I'm of the opinion that the continuous provision should deliver at all times and then anything an adult chooses to put with that should be about embedding previous learning so needs to be on the plan.
