I'm a graduate but not in an Ealy Years subject. So do I count as a graduate leader or not? There is no way that I am going to do a second degree now and there is no way anybody at our setting will even do a first degree so is that the end of all of us? you would only need to do early years professional status shortened version for people who are already graduates. As far as I understand last government wanted it. This gov seem undicided. in 2015 there is another election so who knows. i have just finished my degree after 4 years work.
