There does seem to be alot of pressure to do more training, however, sometimes I think there needs to be pressure for staff to feel confident actually doing activities and also being able to because their ratio allows them. I am not at all sure how a shake up in qualifications would leave those of us already in the sector (ie with old qualifications.
