Letters And Sounds Planning Format!

Hi everyone

 

Can anyone help me with how best to set out our letters and sounds planning?

 

I don't know where to start!!!

 

Would appreciate any input at all

I do these sheets for each aspect, is this the kind of thing you mean? Each child has a 'square' that I write in

 

Each child has the three page spread in their Learning Story and I write notes and date in the boxes

 

Or there's the weekly planning, where I write what I intend to cover

For the learning story one do you just write some notes on how they coping etc and the progress they are making?
