Guest Posted August 30, 2011 Share Posted August 30, 2011 I am looking for tips and ideas for children who have English as an additional language. I get few EAL children in my nursery class and would like some general advice about how to provide for their needs. I have searched the forum but nothing is coming up. Wouldn't it be great to have a forum specifically for EAL? It doesn't seem to be included in the Forum Index. Am I looking in the wrong place? There must be lots of nurseries and pre-schools out there who have a very high percentage of EAL children; and a lot of expertise to share! Any thoughts or ideas? Inge Posted August 30, 2011 Share Posted August 30, 2011 there is a lot on here.. just did a search using 'English' as the key word and there were a lot in there.. usually under inclusion.. but also in other areas depending on the reason for the post..
