louby loo Posted July 26, 2011 Posted July 26, 2011 the 'Mog' one?, Judith Kerr??? It follows on from the series of books/stories about Mog the cat, then he/she gets old and dies. Not the same as a sudden death though.

I can't get through it without a tear either. Elfie looks some much like my Toffee who I had from 6 weeks till 16 and went over rainbow bridge.
