Leaving Playgroup Moving On To School

I have one child leaving us to move to school and am looking for a good poem as well as a couple of children moving on from our playgroup to another playgroup. We are doing a laminated mat with pictures of their time with us and want to add a poem at one side just as a little reminder of our time with us. Anyone got any good suggestions?
