Inge Posted May 22, 2011 Share Posted May 22, 2011 yes... download form on Ofsted site.. make sure you send them all togehter and that they are signed for at the other end.. also think there is an EY3 form to do for change of committee.. but we never did it and no one ever commented! and if no response from Ofsted within a month make sure you chase them up... took us a year once to get them done by which time they had left the committee.. Sharky Posted May 23, 2011 Share Posted May 23, 2011 Hi, I send the EY2s and the EY3 off together, to be signed for as proof they get there. If you don't do an EY3, which also asks for those who are leaving the committee, all the new people are added to your file and none of the leavers are taken off! I had a phone call some years back, before the EY3 even existed, and had to go through a very long list of ex-committee who needed to be removed from the records! Sharky.
