Does anyone have a staff policy regarding only one member of staff taking holiday at once. i.e If someone books a weeks holiday NO ONE else can take that time off. Rea Posted January 5, 2011 Share Posted January 5, 2011 We dont have a policy but the staff contracts say they cant take holiday during term time, although at the discretion of the committee the odd day can be taken if cover can be found. We dont say no to more than one member of staff being out becasue sometimes training days have clashed. They still have to go on them so it could be held as an example of why they shold be able to book holiday at the same time.
