Deb
http://www.ico.gov.uk/ Saw this on the BBC website, see the above link to the Information Commissioners Office stating that parents can take photos and video of their child's nativity performance provided it is for personal use. I know that this has been discussed previously and we came to the above conclusion but it's always good to have uptodate concrete information. SmileyPR
Do some schools produce "Year Books" in the U.K.? Is so, what types of photos would be acceptable for it? Our school makes one for the end of the year and then each class presents a set of about 12 photos of the greatest memories during the year. The book is sold as a fundraiser and a way of parents having some moments to cherish later on in the future. Guest
Thanks Deb, we alaways check and get signatures from parents aswell, as a lot of photos ended up on fcebook last year, even though we asked them not to, better just to check i think xx Gill
