Need A Nappy/wipes Policy

I'm after some kind of thing to give to parents about supplying nappies and wipes, my leader has asked me to find a 'policy' but I'm not sure it even needs to be that - just a letter stating that they have to provide these, etc.

 

Can I nick one off anyone to save me the typing time?

We just have a sentence or two in the 'gumpff' with give them when they start - in the 'What do I need to bring' section.

 

We only have a policy/procedure about actually changing them.

Hmm, that's what we have too. We put a note in their diary to say we've run out of nappies and could they please bring some in

This is what we use [Nappy_policynologo.doc] We also get carers to sign an agreement which we sign as well agreeing to follow policy.
