Explaining our Learning journal ethos. Fire drill procedures. Routines and rotas. A getting to know the setting plan. Roles and responsibilities.[ and who is responsible]. Giving out of tabards. Name badges. Take a photograph of new staff member for the hall of fame. These are not here in any particular order, but given with a cheery smile and a welcome on board. Guest Posted November 19, 2010 Posted November 19, 2010 The way I approached it was to start from the moment I entered the building and try to think through all the things I would need to know/do. Some of that might not need to be in an induction but it helped me to get everything in. Quote
