Guest Posted September 25, 2010 Posted September 25, 2010 Hi everyone, Just wondering if anyone has ever used this site before? Looks great for resources but just wanted to check to see if anyone has used it before. Many thanks Lots
HappyMaz Posted September 25, 2010 Posted September 25, 2010 no but off to have a look I had a quick look but I have to say the website is pretty uninspiring and I didn't go past the home page. There are lots of very small words that I can't read without my glasses which makes it difficult for me to pick out what I want. Maz
hali Posted September 25, 2010 Posted September 25, 2010 having a quick look - it looks like its for older children and a lot of worksheets
HappyMaz Posted September 25, 2010 Posted September 25, 2010 having a quick look - it looks like its for older children and a lot of worksheets Ooh worksheets! My favourite!
Marion Posted September 26, 2010 Posted September 26, 2010 having a quick look - it looks like its for older children and a lot of worksheets The site is aimed at Foundation Stage and KS1 but as you say the resources are more of a worksheet type. Some nice free templates for writing/mark making areas
Susan Posted September 26, 2010 Posted September 26, 2010 Ive used some of the freebies, good templates, but havent purchased anything as although the individual things are cheap (mostly 10p) you need to bank £5 to start you off.
Lucie Posted September 26, 2010 Posted September 26, 2010 I often have look for ideas, yes they are mostly on worksheets, so i have a look then think how i can deliver the same thing in a different way. And as Marion says, some of the templates are good for writing. Lucie x
chocisgood Posted September 26, 2010 Posted September 26, 2010 I have used it, the lovely Jo who responds to my cries of help when something is not working (my fault) is brill! I like the small booklets/ sheets related to fairy tales, good for ordering and retelling story in own words, size ordering, colouring etc.
Guest Posted October 7, 2010 Posted October 7, 2010 I think they have some nice finger puppets to print out, cut out and make and I've had some masks off there too I think. I've only used the free stuff tho'.
Guest Posted October 9, 2010 Posted October 9, 2010 I've used it this week for Hansel and Gretel puppets which cost me 10p. So yes think it is good for resources and ideas.
