diesel10 Posted June 2, 2010 Share Posted June 2, 2010 Hi Everyone I discussed on the forum a little while ago, my 2 staff that are doing NVQ3's at the moment. I feel that the course has been far to quick and neither are ready to qualify next month. I have been incontact with the college re this and have spoken to their assessor. I have read one of their folders this weekend and I am shocked at the content. It refers all the way through to the national standards! No mention of the welfare requirements. I had a meeting with the college today, the member of staff had an old book! She wants to re write it all but as it's been marked, it needs to go to an external person and it still might pass!
