dublinbay Posted March 17, 2010 Share Posted March 17, 2010 What about a personal development plan or a staff appraisal interview where you discuss your performance with manager etc and identify possible learning opportunities for you to improve your practice such as training courses that you'd like to go on. As Cait says this one is personal to you so it's about what you do to improve yourself........doing the foundation degree is a recognition of the way you can improve your practice!
