Guest Guest_sadiesmith_*
A certain voucher company is taking money from parents accounts and not handing it over to us. Anyone experiencing same problems? Where do we stand legally in getting the money from this voucher company?
diesel10
I have not had this problem. Have you contacted them about this and / or got the parent to contact them?
narnia
i've not had this problem either. Do you know for sure that the comapny has been given the money.........if so, phone them and tell them to hand it over, or you'll seek legal advice! Guest
I thought i was having this exact same problem but on telephoning the company it was the parent's who have not authorised the company to make payment. So going into battle when i next see them!! I personally would rather not have vouchers, we always recieve payment late and in this case very late! eyfs1966
Oh pray..tell all!! I have to say that i think it would only be fair for us to charge an admin fee for dealing with vouchers. I seem to spend my life checking to see who has and has not paid what. I suspect that the poor management actually occurs when the parents sign on to the voucher system, ie not identifying the child etc. But, that is of little help fpr me trying to sort through random unidentifiable payments that I find in the bank account with no notification what so ever.
