Parents Infor Sheet For Nursery ?

Hi am new to nursery and am wanting a sheet to send home for new parents to find out a bit about their child before starting?

does anyone have any ideas of what to include or a peek at someones would be great

We use an adapted version of Cait's unique child booklet. I'm sure it'll be in the resource library or else do a forum search and see what comes up!

You would be better to have some sort of parental interview, either a home visit or in the setting if at all possible.

Thanks for these ideas. We have recently had a transition form introduced by our LA which is great for children who have had experience in another setting, but we currently don't have anything for children who have come from home so these are a great help as induction is one area I'm looking at this year.
